Balance Deposits

If the system administrator has set the deposit balancing rule to Verify in Balance and the deposit is out of balance, you receive one of the following messages when you Submit the deposit.

In this case the system administrator has configured the validation rule to not allow out of balance deposits. The deposit must balance before the bank will accept the deposit.

Verify that all items have the correct amount and that the Deposit Amount is correct. Make corrections where needed and re-submit.

In this case the system administrator has configured the validation rule to allow out of balance deposits.

Select Cancel to correct the deposit or OK to submit the deposit.
